Portraits I prefer to photograph in the sitter’s own environment to facilitate catching the true expression of the person(s) I am looking at and, given the chance, also the funny expression if it shows through. I visit the UK at least once a year but bookings can be made at any given time. The magic in nature or in which ever form or shape that it may pop up is something that I can spend hours and days going around, trying to catch that magic and picturesque almost painting-like scenery. This is in fact how my fine art photography came about. In connection with publications I mainly photograph reportage-like genre and portraits.

Exhibitions in Denmark Art and photography have always played a big part in my life. It was always my intention to dive into photography early on, but I also wanted to move back to London where I was born and lived as a young child. So I took the sensible option and studied commerce to secure my bread and butter abroad. Photography became my principle occupation in my spare time, whilst I worked in London for nine years in advertising and later, three years in Hong Kong, fundraising for charities. I finally moved fulltime into the world of pictures when I moved back home in 1995 to Copenhagen and joined Metronome Film Productions.
